Archeiia Faith On Earth values transparency, fairness, and ethical practice. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any service or product.
Spiritual Readings & Services
All spiritual services, including tarot readings, Lenormand readings, and energy readings, are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or has begun.
Due to the personal, intuitive, and time-based nature of these services, refunds or returns are not possible after completion, regardless of outcome or interpretation.
If a session must be canceled by Archeiia Faith On Earth, you will be offered either:
a full refund, or
the option to reschedule
Digital Products (eBooks & Digital Content)
All digital products, including spiritual eBooks and downloadable content, are non-refundable and non-returnable once access has been provided or the file has been downloaded.
This policy is in place because digital products cannot be returned once delivered.
Artwork
If physical artwork is offered in the future, return and refund terms will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. At present, all artwork offered digitally follows the digital products policy above.
Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
If you believe there has been an error with your order (such as not receiving a purchased item or receiving the wrong digital file), please contact us within 7 days of purchase so the issue can be reviewed and corrected.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue may result in restriction from future services. We encourage open communication and will always aim to resolve concerns fairly.
